(1.2) If any Subscripton is experiencing a problem during the warranty period, we will check the product, before replacement.

(1.4) Warranty will not be valid in case of warranty period is exceeded or in case of the problem caused by the buyerâs device.

(1.6) For subscription renewals, the renewal package price must be paid. For a new plan, charges will apply based on the package price.

(2.2) If there is any problem with the service during the warranty period, it will be solved. Adverse circumstances may lead to time delays.

3. Product Delivery Process:
(3.1) As our services are digital, all our products are delivered via email.

4. Process of providing warranty support:

6. Shared Subscription Policy:
(6.1) If unusual activity is detected in a shared subscription, we reserve the right to cancel the membership without notice. Partial refunds will be issued based on the remaining time.
(6.2) If a customer shares or resells a subscription, the warranty will be completely void.
(6.3) Only the specified service will be provided; extra requests such as password sharing (e.g., Netflix) will not be entertained. Activation will be done via sign-in code.
(6.4) Customers must accept all policies before purchasing; no external requests will be entertained.
7. Subscription Renewal Reminders
We do not have any obligation to send renewal reminders for Netflix or other subscriptions. However, for customer convenience, we sometimes manually send reminders.
This is not an automated system-based service. If a reminder is missed, customers are requested not to raise complaints like:
