আমরা একটি তৃতীয় পক্ষের ডিজিটাল সার্ভিস রিসেলার প্ল্যাটফর্ম, যেখানে বিভিন্ন আন্তর্জাতিক ওটিটি, সফটওয়্যার এবং এআই সাবস্ক্রিপশন সেবা প্রদান করা হয়।
আমরা অনুমোদিত উৎস ও বৈশ্বিক বিক্রেতাদের কাছ থেকে সেবা সংগ্রহ করি এবং প্রোডাক্ট অনুযায়ী আমাদের নিজস্ব পেমেন্ট চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে সহজভাবে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করার সুবিধা দিয়ে থাকি।
পন্য ডেলিভারি :-
আমাদের ডেলিভারি অর্ডার প্রদান করার 60- 180 মিনিট এর মধ্যে কাস্টমার এর নিবন্ধিত ই-মেইল অথবা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ এ ডেলিভারি করা হয় আমাদের কর্ম ঘন্টার মধ্যে। কর্মঘন্টা ব্যাতিত সময় এ অর্ডার করলে পরবর্তী কর্মসময় এ ডেলিভারি করা হবে। আমাদের অফিস কর্ম সময় বাংলাদেশ সময় সকাল ১১ টা থেকে রাত ১১ টা পর্যন্ত।
ডেলিভারি সময় গণনাঃ
ডেলিভারি সময় অর্ডার করার সময় থেকে কর্মঘন্টার মধ্যে গণনা করা হবে। যদি কোনো গ্রাহক কর্মঘন্টা শেষ হওয়ার কাছাকাছি সময়ে অর্ডার করেন এবং নির্ধারিত ডেলিভারি সময় সম্পূর্ণ না হয়, তবে ডেলিভারি পরবর্তী কর্মঘন্টায় সম্পন্ন করা হবে।
এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারিঃ
এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি শুধুমাত্র তখনই প্রযোজ্য হবে যখন অর্ডার কর্মঘন্টা শেষ হওয়ার অন্তত ৩০ মিনিট আগে করা হয়। দেরিতে অর্ডার করলে এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারির জন্য প্রযোজ্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ চেকআউটের সময় স্পষ্টভাবে প্রদর্শিত হবে।
পন্য ফেরত:
আমাদের সকল প্রোডাক্ট ডিজিটাল পন্য সেহেতু কোন ফেরত গ্রহনযোগ্য নয়, তবে বিবেচনা সাপেক্ষে তা অন্য পণ্যর সাথে বদলযোগ্য।
মুল্য ফেরত:-
অর্ডার বাতিল এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রদানকৃত মূল্য ফেরত যোগ্য নয়, তবে সেটি (শর্ত ১.১) এর আওতাভুক্ত হলে অন্য প্রোডাক্ট এর সাথে মূল্য বিনিময় প্রযোজ্য হবে।
- গ্রাহক নিজে থেকে অর্ডার বাতিলের অনুরোধ না করলে অর্ডার স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বাতিল করা হবে না।
- একাধিকবার এক্টিভেশনের জন্য যোগাযোগ করার পরও গ্রাহক সাড়া না দিলে, অর্ডারটি নির্ধারিত মেয়াদকাল পর্যন্ত যেকোনো সময় গ্রহণ করা যাবে।
- তবে নির্ধারিত মেয়াদ শেষ হয়ে গেলে কোনো প্রকার এক্টিভেশন, রিফান্ড বা দাবি গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা:-
১. ডিজিটাল ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালাঃ
(১.১) প্রতিটি ডিজিটাল পন্যের এর জন্য আলাদা ভাবে ওয়ারেন্টি সময় নির্ধারণ করে দেওয়া আছে।
(১.২) কোন পন্য যদি উক্ত ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হয় তবে আমরা পন্য টি যাচাই করে দেখবো।
(১.৩) ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে পণ্যর সমস্যা থাকলে সেটি আমরা পরিবর্তন করে দেবো।
(১.৪) ক্রেতার ডিভাইস/ইন্টারনেট বা নেটওয়ার্ক জনিত কারনে যদি ডিজিটাল পন্য এক্টিভেশন এ সমস্যা হয় তবে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবেনা।
(১.৫) আমরা কল এ কোন টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট দিয়ে থাকি না , কোন সার্ভিস ইস্যু থাকলে আমাদের হোয়াটসএপ বা লাইভ এ চ্যাট এর মাধ্যমে সমাধান করে দেওয়া হয় কর্মঘন্টার মধ্যে। আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার নাম্বার ছাড়া হোয়াটসএপ বা সোশ্যালমিডিয়া তে কোন কল এর উত্তর দেওয়া হয় না।
(১.৬) সাবস্ক্রিপশন রিনিউ এর ক্ষেত্রে রিনিউবল প্যাকেজ এর মুল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে। নতুন প্লান এর জন্য প্যাকেজ এর মুল্য অনুযায়ী চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
(১.৭) প্রতিটি সাবস্ক্রিপশনের অফিসিয়াল মেয়াদ, ব্যবহারযোগ্য সময়কাল এবং ওয়ারেন্টি সময় আলাদা হতে পারে। অনেক ক্ষেত্রে স্টুডেন্ট অফার, প্রোমোশনাল ডিল বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের মাধ্যমে সাবস্ক্রিপশন প্রদান করা হয়। তাই অফিসিয়াল মেয়াদ (যেমন ১২ মাস) থাকলেও নির্দিষ্ট কিছু প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে প্রকৃত ব্যবহারযোগ্য সময় কম হতে পারে, যা প্রোডাক্টের সংক্ষিপ্ত বিবরণে উল্লেখ থাকবে।
(১.৮) এ ধরনের ক্ষেত্রে একটি নির্দিষ্ট ওয়ারেন্টি সময় প্রদান করা হয়। এই সময়ের মধ্যে কোনো সমস্যা হলে যাচাই সাপেক্ষে আংশিক ওয়ারেন্টি অনুযায়ী পণ্য পরিবর্তন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা হবে।
(১.৯) ওয়ারেন্টি সময় শেষ হওয়ার পর কোনো ধরনের দাবি গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না এবং কোনো গ্রাহক অফিসিয়াল মেয়াদের পুরো সময় দাবি করতে পারবেন না।
২. অন্যান্য সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালাঃ
(২.১) প্রতিটি সার্ভিস এর জন্য আলাদা ভাবে ওয়ারেন্টি সময় নির্ধারণ করে দেওয়া আছে।
(২.২) ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে উক্ত সার্ভিস এর কোন সমস্যা হলে সেটির সমাধান করে দেওয়া হবে। প্রতিকূল পরিস্থিতি তে সময়ের বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
(২.৩) ওয়ারেন্টি সময় ব্যতিত অথবা ক্রেতার ডিভাইস জনিত সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবেনা।
(২.৪) আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট এবং পরিষেবায় সকল গ্রাহক সমান, এবং কেউই বিশেষ পরিচয় বা অবস্থান দেখিয়ে অতিরিক্ত কোনো সুবিধা পাবে না। সবার জন্য একই নিয়ম ও শর্ত প্রযোজ্য থাকবে, এবং আমরা ন্যায্য সেবা প্রদানে অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ।
(২.৫) আমাদের প্রতিনিধিদের প্রতি অপমানজনক ভাষা ব্যবহার, গালাগালি বা অশোভন আচরণ কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ। এ ধরনের আচরণ পরিলক্ষিত হলে আমরা আপনার সাবস্ক্রিপশন বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি এবং প্রয়োজনে বা ক্ষেত্রবিশেষে বাংলাদেশে প্রযোজ্য সাইবার আইন অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে পারি।
(২.৬) আমাদের দীর্ঘমেয়াদী সাবস্ক্রিপশনগুলোর (যেমন ৬ মাস বা ১ বছর) ক্ষেত্রে, যদি ব্যবস্থাপনার কারণে কোনো গ্রাহক নির্ধারিত সময়ের চেয়ে অতিরিক্ত মাস ব্যবহার করেন, তবে সেই অতিরিক্ত সময়ের জন্য নম্রভাবে বিলের অনুরোধ করা হবে। তবে, গ্রাহকের সম্মতি ব্যতীত কোনোপ্রকার বাধ্যবাধকতা তৈরি করা হবে না। এছাড়াও, বিশেষ বিবেচনায় আমরা অনেক সময় নিয়মিত ব্যবহারকারীদের রিনিউ রিমাইন্ডার প্রদান থেকে বিরত থাকি।
৩. প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি:
(৩.১) যেহেতু আমাদের সার্ভিস গুলো ডিজিটাল, সেহেতু আমাদের সকল প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি করা হয় হোয়াটসএপ/ ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে।
(৩.২) অবশ্যই সঠিক ইমেইল ও হোয়াটসএপ নাম্বার প্রদান করে অর্ডার করতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, যদি ভুল ইমেইল দেওয়া হয় সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে নিতে হবে।
(৩.৩) আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে কিছু প্রোডাক্ট দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে তালিকাভুক্ত থাকতে পারে, যা সবসময় স্টকে নাও থাকতে পারে।
(৩.৪) মূল পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান যেকোনো সময় তাদের প্ল্যান, মূল্য বা প্রাপ্যতা পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।
(৩.৫) কোনো প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করার পর যদি তা অপ্রাপ্য হয়ে যায়, তাহলে গ্রাহককে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে অথবা বর্তমান প্রাপ্যতা অনুযায়ী সমন্বয় করা হবে অথবা গ্রাহকের সাথে আলোচনা করে বিকল্প সমাধান প্রদান করা হবে।
৪. ওয়ারেন্টি সাপোর্ট প্রদানের পদ্বতিঃ
(৪.১) ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কালে ক্রেতা সমস্যা সম্মুখীন হলে সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হবে (রিমোট) ভাবে, অর্থাৎ ক্রেতার ডিভাইসে (TeamViewer) অথবা (Anydesk)WhatsAppথাকা বাধ্যতামূলক।
(৪.২) প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত দেখে অর্ডার করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
(৪.৩) প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত ব্যতীত কোন মন্তব্য গ্রহণযোগ্যতা পাবেনা।
৫. পেমেন্ট পলিসিঃ
(৫.১) ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে কোন আলাদা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবেনা।
(৫.২) অন্যান্য পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের ক্ষেত্রে তাদের নির্ধারিত চার্জ যুক্ত হবে যা হচ্ছে ১ থেকে ৩.০%
(৫.৩) ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো অতিরিক্ত ট্রানজেকশন ফি বা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে না। তবে ভিসা, মাস্টারকার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং, এবং ইন্টারনেট ব্যাংকিং এর ক্ষেত্রে পেমেন্ট প্রসেসর গেটওয়ের নির্ধারিত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে, যা সাধারণত ১% থেকে ৩ % পর্যন্ত হয়ে থাকে
(৫.৪) প্রতিটি অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে নিরাপত্তার স্বার্থে যাচাইকরণ প্রক্রিয়া প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
(৫.৫) অর্ডারে প্রদত্ত নম্বর এবং পেমেন্ট নম্বর ভিন্ন হলে মালিকানা যাচাইকরণ প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
(৫.৬) যাচাইকরণের জন্য জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র, লাইভ সেলফি বা ভিডিও যাচাইকরণ চাওয়া হতে পারে।
(৫.৭) যাচাইকরণ সম্পন্ন না করলে অর্ডার স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা হতে পারে। মালিকানা নিশ্চিতকরণ (Owner Claim) ব্যতীত কোনো রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না এবং মালিককে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ক্লেইম সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
৬. শেয়ার্ড সাবস্ক্রিপশন নীতিমালা:
(৬.১) শেয়ার্ড সাবস্ক্রিপশনে কোনো অস্বাভাবিক কার্যকলাপ ধরা পড়লে, আমরা সাবস্ক্রিপশন বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি। এ ধরনের ক্ষেত্রে অবশিষ্ট সময় অনুযায়ী আংশিক রিফান্ড আমাদের বিবেচনা সাপেক্ষে প্রদান করা হতে পারে; অন্যথায় কোনো রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না।
(৬.২) যদি কেউ সাবস্ক্রিপশন শেয়ার বা পুনরায় বিক্রি করে, তাহলে তার ওয়ারেন্টি সম্পূর্ণরূপে বাতিল করা হবে।
(৬.৩) যে পরিষেবা যা অফার করা হয়েছে সেটিই প্রদান করা হবে, অতিরিক্ত কিছু দাবি করা যাবে না। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, যদি নেটফ্লিক্সে পাসওয়ার্ড শেয়ারিং বন্ধ থাকে, তবে শুধুমাত্র সাইন ইন কোড প্রদান করা হবে, পাসওয়ার্ড নয়।
(৬.৪) আমাদের শর্তাবলীর বাইরে কোনো অনুরোধ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
(৬.৫) একাধিক ডিভাইসে লগইন বা অস্বাভাবিক ব্যবহার (Different Device Linking) ধরা পড়লে সাবস্ক্রিপশন সাময়িক বা স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করা হতে পারে।(৬.৬) একাউন্টের যেকোন তথ্য পরিবর্তন করা সম্পূর্ণভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।
৭. রিনিউ রিমাইন্ডার সম্পর্কিত নীতিমালা
আমাদের নেটফ্লিক্স বা অন্যান্য সাবস্ক্রিপশন সার্ভিসে রিনিউ রিমাইন্ডার দেওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক নয়।
তবে গ্রাহকের সুবিধার্থে আমরা অনেক সময় ম্যানুয়ালি রিনিউ রিমাইন্ডার পাঠিয়ে থাকি।
এটি সিস্টেম অটোমেটেড নয়, তাই কোনো সময় রিমাইন্ডার মিস হলে গ্রাহক যেন এমন অভিযোগ না করেন:
“আপনারা রিনিউ রিমাইন্ডার দেননি কেন?”
আমরা স্পষ্টভাবে জানিয়ে রাখছি, রিনিউ রিমাইন্ডার দেওয়া আমাদের বাধ্যতামূলক সেবা নয়। এটি একটি অতিরিক্ত কাস্টমার-ফ্রেন্ডলি ফিচার মাত্র।
৮. পাসওয়ার্ডবিহীন এক্টিভেশন ও টেকনিক্যাল সীমাবদ্ধতা:
(৮.১) কিছু সাবস্ক্রিপশনে পাসওয়ার্ডবিহীন এক্টিভেশন (যেমন সাইন-ইন কোড বা ইমেইল কোড) ব্যবহৃত হয়।
(৮.২) ব্রাউজারের ক্যাশ বা কুকি মুছে ফেলা, আইপি পরিবর্তন, ক্লিনার সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহার, সার্ভার রিফ্রেশ বা ডিভাইস পরিবর্তনের কারণে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে লগআউট হতে পারে, যা সম্পূর্ণ টেকনিক্যাল বিষয়।
(৮.৩) এই ধরনের সমস্যার জন্য কর্মঘন্টার বাইরে কোনো সাপোর্ট প্রদান করা হবে না এবং কোনো অতিরিক্ত সময় বা মেয়াদ বৃদ্ধি করা হবে না।
(৮.৪) এই ধরনের সমস্যা এড়াতে ব্যক্তিগত (Private) সাবস্ক্রিপশন ব্যবহার করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।
(৮.৫) শেয়ার্ড সাবস্ক্রিপশন ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে এই ধরনের সমস্যা সম্পূর্ণভাবে গ্রাহকের নিজ দায়িত্বে পড়বে।
বিশেষ ভাবে লক্ষণীয়ঃ
আমরা তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী হিসেবে কাজ করি এবং বিভিন্ন কোম্পানির পরিষেবাগুলো আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে তালিকাভুক্ত করি, যা ক্রেতাদের ক্রয় করতে সহায়তা করে। মূল পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী কোম্পানিগুলো তাদের নিজস্ব পরিষেবা কনটেন্ট, পলিসি এবং মূল্য পরিবর্তন, সার্ভার রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, এবং সেবা বাতিল বা শর্তাদি সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। এসব পরিবর্তনের জন্য আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট কোনো দায়িত্ব বহন করবে না।
আমরা শুধুমাত্র একটি প্ল্যাটফর্ম হিসেবে কাজ করি এবং আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা বিষয়গুলোর জন্য দায়ী নই। ক্রেতাদের উচিত কোনো পরিষেবা ক্রয় করার আগে মূল পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী কোম্পানির নিয়মাবলী এবং শর্তাবলী ভালোভাবে পড়ে নেওয়া।
নেটফ্লিক্সমার্ট বিডি যেকোন সময় যেকোন তথ্য /শর্ত পরিবর্তন করার ক্ষমতা রাখে।

Terms & Conditions
We operate as a third-party digital service reseller platform, where we provide various international OTT, software, and AI subscription services.
We collect services from authorized sources and global sellers and offer customers a simple and convenient payment process through our own payment channels based on each product.
Product Delivery:
Our delivery is completed within 60–180 minutes after placing the order, through the customer’s registered email or WhatsApp, during our working hours.
If an order is placed outside working hours, delivery will be completed in the next working period.
Our office hours are from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Bangladesh Time).
Delivery Time Calculation:
Delivery time is calculated from the time the order is placed, within working hours.
If a customer places an order close to the end of working hours and the delivery time cannot be fully covered, the delivery will be completed in the next working session.
Express Delivery:
Express delivery is only applicable if the order is placed at least 30 minutes before the end of working hours.
If the order is placed late, express delivery will not be applicable.
Any additional charge for express delivery will be clearly shown during checkout.
Product Return:
All our products are digital goods, therefore returns are not accepted.
However, in certain cases, products may be exchanged with another product upon consideration.
Refund Policy:
In case of order cancellation, the paid amount is not refundable, unless it falls under condition (1.1), where adjustment with another product may be applicable.
If the customer does not request cancellation, the order will not be automatically cancelled.
If multiple attempts are made to provide activation but the customer does not respond, the order can still be received within the validity period.
Once the validity period expires:
- No activation
- No refund
- No claims will be accepted
After-Sales Service:
1. Digital Warranty Policy:
(1.1) Each digital product has a separate warranty period.
(1.2) If any product faces an issue within the warranty period, we will verify the product.
(1.3) If a problem is confirmed within the warranty period, the product will be replaced.
(1.4) Warranty will not be applicable if the issue is caused by the customer’s device, internet, or network.
(1.5) We do not provide technical support via calls. Any service-related issue will be resolved through WhatsApp or live chat during working hours. Calls on WhatsApp or social media will not be answered without our official customer care number.
(1.6) For subscription renewals, the renewal package price must be paid. For new plans, charges will apply based on the package.
(1.7) The official duration, usable validity, and warranty period of each subscription may differ. In many cases, subscriptions are provided through student offers, promotional deals, or third-party sources. Therefore, even if the official duration is longer (e.g., 12 months), the actual usable time may be shorter, which will be mentioned in the product description.
(1.8) In such cases, a specific warranty period is provided. If any issue occurs within this period, a partial warranty-based replacement or exchange will be provided after verification.
(1.9) After the warranty period ends, no claims will be accepted, and customers cannot demand the full official duration.
2. Other Service Warranty Policy:
(2.1) Each service has its own warranty period.
(2.2) If any issue occurs within the warranty period, it will be resolved. Delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances.
(2.3) Warranty will not be applicable after the warranty period or if the issue is caused by the customer’s device.
(2.4) All customers are treated equally on our website and services. No one will receive extra benefits based on identity or status.
(2.5) Using abusive language, insults, or inappropriate behavior towards our representatives is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is observed, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription and, if necessary, take appropriate action under applicable cyber laws in Bangladesh.
(2.6) For long-term subscriptions (such as 6 months or 1 year), if a customer uses more time than agreed due to management reasons, we may politely request payment for the extra usage. However, no obligation will be created without the customer’s consent. In some cases, we may choose not to send renewal reminders for regular users.
3. Product Delivery Process:
(3.1) Since our services are digital, all products are delivered via WhatsApp or email.
(3.2) Customers are requested to provide correct email and WhatsApp numbers while placing an order. If incorrect information is provided, the customer must contact us.
(3.3) Some products may remain listed on our website for a long time but may not always be in stock.
(3.4) The original service provider may change plans, pricing, or availability at any time.
(3.5) If a product becomes unavailable after placing an order, we will provide a refund, adjust with available options, or offer an alternative solution after discussion with the customer.
4. Warranty Support Process:
(4.1) During the warranty period, support will be provided remotely. The customer must have access to tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or WhatsApp screen sharing.
(4.2) Customers are requested to review product details before placing an order.
(4.3) Any claims outside the product description will not be accepted.
5. Payment Policy:
(5.1) No additional charges apply for bank transfer payments.
(5.2) Payment gateways may charge between 1% to 3%.
(5.3) For Visa, MasterCard, mobile banking, and internet banking, payment processor charges (1% to 3%) will apply.
(5.4) For security purposes, verification may be required for certain orders.
(5.5) If the order number and payment number differ, ownership verification may be required.
(5.6) Verification may include national ID, live selfie, or video verification.
(5.7) If verification is not completed, the order may be held or cancelled. No refund will be provided without ownership confirmation, and the owner must complete the claim within 24 hours.
6. Shared Subscription Policy:
(6.1) If any unusual activity is detected in a shared subscription, we reserve the right to cancel the subscription. In such cases, a partial refund may be provided based on the remaining time at our discretion; otherwise, no refund will be issued.
(6.2) If a subscription is shared or resold, the warranty will be completely void.
(6.3) Only the service that has been offered will be provided. For example, if password sharing is restricted (such as Netflix), only sign-in code access will be provided, not passwords.
(6.4) Requests outside our terms will not be accepted.
(6.5) If multiple device logins or unusual activity (Different Device Linking) is detected, the subscription may be temporarily or permanently suspended.
(6.6) Changing any account information is strictly prohibited.
7. Subscription Renewal Reminder Policy:
We are not obligated to provide renewal reminders for Netflix or other subscription services.
However, for customer convenience, we may manually send reminders in some cases.
This is not an automated system. If a reminder is missed, customers are requested not to complain.
Renewal reminders are an optional, customer-friendly feature and not a guaranteed service.
8. Password-less Activation & Technical Limitations:
(8.1) Some subscriptions use password-less activation (such as sign-in code or email code).
(8.2) Logging out may occur due to cache clearing, cookie deletion, IP changes, cleaner tools, server refresh, or device changes. This is a technical limitation.
(8.3) For such issues, no support will be provided outside working hours, and no additional time or validity extension will be given.
(8.4) To avoid such issues, customers are advised to use private subscriptions.
(8.5) When using shared subscriptions, these issues are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

The original service providers reserve the right to change their service content, policies, pricing, server maintenance, or availability at any time. We are not responsible for such changes.
We act only as a platform and are not responsible for matters beyond our control. Customers are advised to review the original service provider’s terms before purchasing.
